Before you can send a message to a recipient you must enter text into the subject line. Leaving the subject area blank will display the error message below.
By default the subject line of your Secure Mail will not be displayed in the email delivered to your recipient’s regular email. This is to make sure that no patient information is accidentally shared in a non-HIPAA compliant way. Instead the regular email will have the generic subject line: You have received a new Secure Mail message.
