- On the Secure Mail log in page (https://dentalcloud.3m.com) click on the Forgot your password? link.
- Enter the email address you used to register for 3M Secure Mail.
- An email will be sent to your address immediately with a link to the password reset page. Follow the instructions to reset your password and log in to your account.
-Do not share your password with anyone, including coworkers and Secure Mail Support agents. Your Secure Mail account should remain private to you and each team member using the service will need their own log in details.
-Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length with at least one upper-case character and one number.
