Why am I seeing the error message "Upload limit reached"?

Free Trial users may only attach 1 file to a Secure Mail message, to a contact other than their sponsor. If you are seeing this error you have exceeded the file upload limit.

To upgrade your account navigate to Manage my subscription and click on View & Compare Plans
