How will I know when my colleague or patient has accepted my invitation?

There are two ways that you can check to see if your colleague or patient has accepted your invitation:

Option 1: You will receive an email notification in your regular email once your colleague has accepted your invitation.  Below is an example:

Option 2. The status of your invitations are displayed on the Secure Mail screen.  Look on the left side under Invitations Outstanding.  The number of outstanding (unaccepted) invitations for both colleagues and patients are displayed respectively.
