How will I know when a Secure Mail message is sent to me?

There are two ways to see if you have a new Secure Mail message:

1. Check your Secure Mail inbox on the main Secure Mail screen.
2. Anytime you are sent a Secure Mail, the system will send a notification message to the regular email address you registered with your account. This notification email will include a link directly to the secure portion of the Secure Mail

When you click the link within the notification email, the login page of the 3M Secure Mail will appear.  Once logged in, the system will bring you directly to the secure portion of the Secure Mail message.

Note: If you have not yet signed up for 3M Secure Mail, the system will first take you to the registration page.  Once you have registered, you can immediately log in to 3M Secure Mail to view the secure portion of the Secure Mail message.
